What would you want to work at VC?

It is a great place to work. One of my friend called "Yang Shi" just got the offer from VC and he also worked at VC as Co-op previously. Based on our discussion and my own research of the company, I find that the company has collaborative culture where everyone is working toward the same goal, and communicate with each other about differet ideas in order to find the greatest solution for customers. I really like the company culture. Also, I can apply my work experience and the knowledge I learn from school in order to make great contribution to VC.

Except the my previous Co-op experience and computing science knowledge, positive attitude and the good understanding of customer's mental model makes me unique.
